How does pooled image credits actually work across our team?

Your brokerage holds a single credit bucket. Every specialist on the team draws from it as they enhance photos. Usage is visible per-agent in the admin console, so a busy week for one specialist doesn't crowd out another's.

What's the SSO/SAML setup process?

We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and most major identity providers. Setup is typically a 30-minute call with your IT — we provide the SAML metadata, they provision the app and a group, and we test sign-in together.

What's the SLA for processing time and uptime?

Median processing under 10 seconds. 99.9% uptime measured monthly. Support response within four business hours during US business days. Full SLA terms in the Brokerage MSA.

Can we get the source images and metadata into our CRM?

Yes. The REST API delivers finished images plus the disclosure metadata bundle (original-URL, EXIF flag, CSV manifest) to webhooks you configure. Standard integrations for Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, kvCORE, and HubSpot are documented.

What happens to our photos if we cancel?

You retain full rights to every image processed. On cancellation, we provide a 30-day export window — all enhanced photos, originals, and the disclosure metadata as a single archive. We don't retain copies past 30 days after export.

How does the Brokerage tier differ from a team buying Listing Pro individually?

Listing Pro is per-seat — each agent has their own subscription, their own credit bucket, their own settings. The Brokerage tier pools everything: shared credits, brokerage-wide style presets, SSO, admin console, API, and a named account manager. For teams of 10+, the math also favours the Brokerage tier.
