03Real-estate-specific rules

Because ListedRight is built for real-estate listing photography, the following rules apply specifically and you agree to them as a condition of using the Service:

Disclose AI enhancement when required

Many MLSs, state real-estate commissions, and franchise broker policies require you to disclose that a listing photo has been digitally altered, AI-enhanced, or virtually staged. You — not ListedRight — are responsible for knowing and following the disclosure rules of the MLS, jurisdiction, and brokerage you list with. See our AI Use Policy for more detail.

Do not materially misrepresent a property

Enhancement and virtual staging are aesthetic, not structural. You may not use the Service to:

  • Hide, remove, or visually minimise material physical defects (cracks, water damage, mold, foundation issues, fire damage, structural sag, missing fixtures).
  • Hide or remove safety hazards (exposed wiring, missing handrails, broken stairs).
  • Add features that don’t exist in a way that a reasonable buyer would understand to be real (e.g., adding a deck, pool, fence, finished basement, or window where there is none, without clear "virtual rendering" labelling and disclosure).
  • Alter or remove evidence of past damage or pests in a way that would mislead a buyer or appraiser.

Do not violate the Fair Housing Act

You may not use the Service to alter, add, or remove indications of the racial, ethnic, religious, familial, or other protected characteristics of occupants or a neighborhood (e.g., removing religious iconography, changing the apparent race of people in photographs, removing or adding family photos, removing or adding accessibility equipment); or to generate marketing imagery that signals a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on a protected characteristic.

Do not impersonate or misrepresent agency status

Do not generate imagery that falsely implies a property is listed by an agent who has not authorized the listing.

Do not use enhanced images to defraud

Do not use Output to support an inflated appraisal, a fraudulent listing, a phantom property, or any rental or sale scam.

Comply with MLS rules

If your MLS requires photos to be unaltered, requires watermarking, requires retention of originals, or imposes any other rule on listing photography, you are responsible for following it. ListedRight does not check your work against your MLS’s rules.

04Account and security rules

You may not:

  • Create accounts by automated means or for the purpose of evading any restriction, suspension, or termination.
  • Share an account with anyone outside your organisation, or sell or transfer your account.
  • Use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including any denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, or attempts to scrape data we have not made publicly available.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, except through our published responsible-disclosure process.
  • Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code, models, or weights.
  • Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing AI product.
  • Use any automated means to access the Service except for publicly documented APIs in accordance with their terms.

05Reporting violations

If you see content or activity on the Service that you believe violates this AUP, get in contact using the form at the bottom of this page with as much detail as you can. For copyright issues, use our DMCA process. For security issues, get in contact using the same form.

06What happens if you violate this Policy

We may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

  • Removing or restricting access to specific content or features.
  • Suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice.
  • Retaining and disclosing information to law enforcement or other authorities where we believe in good faith that the law requires it or that doing so will help prevent imminent harm.

We are not obligated to monitor the Service for AUP violations, but we may do so and may use automated tools to detect prohibited content.

07Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated AUP.
